Booker T. Jones is a legendary multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, producer, and arranger whose influence helped shape modern soul music. As the founder and frontman of Booker T. & the MGs, he created the iconic instrumental hit “Green Onions,” a million-selling international sensation recognized among Rolling Stone’s 500 Greatest Songs of All Time.

Over a career spanning more than six decades, Jones has composed enduring classics including “Time Is Tight,” “Hip Hug-Her,” and “Melting Pot,” while collaborating with artists such as Otis Redding, Wilson Pickett, Sam & Dave, Neil Young, Bob Dylan, Barbra Streisand, Carlos Santana, and Willie Nelson.

A Grammy Lifetime Achievement Award recipient and inductee of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame with Booker T. & the MGs, Jones remains one of the most influential figures in American music and continues to record and tour internationally. He appears with his quartet for an intimate evening of performance on October 17.
